Together we went through the entire process of selection, design, revisions, installations, and corrections for 2 kitchens 4 bathrooms 1 laundry room 1 entertainment space For those who don’t have the time to read everything, here is the short version: Leasha is professional, courteous and she knows her craft. She is of the mindset “Measure 5 times, cut once”. She is meticulous in all aspects. Add her warm spirit to that and you’ve got an unbeatable combination. She’s able to tow the fine line between doing exactly what the customer wants while making sure that all the technicalities both big and small are covered. My house is in Michigan. It’s important to mention that during this entire process, I actually lived in California. Leasha and I were able to work together from a distance. Every time that I came to Michigan, she would be sure to fit me into her schedule when we needed to see each other face-to face. She would ship samples to me as necessary. Her communication skills are phenomenal and any job of this size & scale, especially from afar, could not be completed without her ability to effectively communicate. While the pictures I’m attaching will show you the beautiful finished product, they don’t show all of the work that goes into actually making it happen. She doesn’t just make it beautiful, she makes it as uber functional as she can, tailored specifically to your individual needs and preferences. My first word of advice is to LISTEN TO LEASHA. Particularly in my kitchens, she was very protective of the space that would be needed for people to walk between the furniture, open the refrigerator, etc. One of my favorite things about Leasha is that she wants to give everything you want but is sure you are made aware of things that you don’t even think about. In the end, she will do it exactly as you want, but she’ll suggest better alternatives when called for. SHE TAKES THE TIME, and she takes pride in her work. As with any big job, probably THE most important factor is follow-up. While this review mostly focuses on what went right, it’s important to know that things went wrong. No job of this size/scale can go off without any glitches. I won’t go into the specifics as they don’t matter. What matters is that Leasha advocates for her customers and in the end, she made everything right. That kind of follow-up is worth its weight in gold. Thank you, Leasha, for everything.
